Multiplatform APP in Spanish

Development of a multiplatform mobile application entirely in Spanish, including desktop versions. This application will be used mainly so that the Educational Team of a large company can communicate with employees that are learning various courses on the company's LMS system (which is not part of this project). Thus, the application is solely for communication between the Educational Team and the Employees. Design will be provided in JPEG / PSD / PDF, and accompanied by functionality sheets with explanations in more detail. Attached in PDF is the basic project description. ---> PLEASE VIEW THE ATTACHED PDF DOCUMENT BEFORE MAKING ANY BIDS!! <--- LANGUAGE: Entirely in Traditional Spanish (ES, Spain). No translations required. DESKTOP VERSIONS FOR WINDOWS AND MAC OS: We are open to offering the desktop application as a web app (HTML5) instead of native applications for Windows and Mac OS, though we prefer native apps if possible. The price may determine if we choose native or web app for the admins, if the difference is too large. WHEN MAKING YOUR OFFER: When making your offer, please include a breakdown of costs as follows: - 1. Base price: cost for developing the Android and iOS applications for Admins and Employees. - 2. Blackberry: cost for developing the Blackberry version for Admins and Employees. - 3. Native Windows Desktop Application: cost for developing this, unless other option suggested. - 4. Native Mac OS Desktop Application: cost for developing this, unless other option suggested. - 5. Web App: cost for the Admins' web app, if you choose this instead of the native desktop apps. You may quote both options if desired (points 3, 4 and 5), so that we can consider if web app is more appropriate than native. * YOUR BID OFFER MUST BE FOR THE BASE PRICE (POINT 1) AS WE DO NOT KNOW YET WHICH OF THESE 5 POINTS THE CLIENT WILL APPROVE.
