I am in need of an expert in Android application development, specifically for tablets. The primary goal of this project is to create a capable tool to recover photos, videos, songs, and even WhatsApp chats that have been deleted 3 years ago. I want to ensure, a solid guarantee, that all my data can be recovered. Key requirements: - The app should support a specific version of Android (to be discussed further in the project). - It should be focused on recovery of deleted media and chats. - A proof of concept or previous experience in similar projects is a must.
