We want an Android image either on the x86 platform (standard desktop PC) or ARM platform (Raspberry PI 3B) with USB Bluetooth 4.0 drivers. The image should be able to detect a USB BLE Dongle (CSR 4.0 or others) and enable Bluetooth at the platform level. Any standard Android app should be able to use the USB BLE dongle and communicate with any BLE based devices (headphones, smart watches etc).
