Need an expert to develop a Android social app

I’m looking for an expert in Android to develop an application in Only one month or less if possible. the application is quite simple, here is the requirements. *** READ FULL JOB DESCRIPTION PLEASE *** the application is kind of Instagram where people can post images and videos and any type of posts. but the application in the same time has Whatsapp concept, which means that users can find each other with their phone number : I can only see posts of users which are among my phone contacts. same as whatsapp I can text only people in my contacts. Users can like or comment on the posts (same as Instagram). the user can choose to unFollow any of his/her contacts. the user can block any of his/her contacts from seeing his/her posts. the ability to edit/delete his/her posts. the ability to see his/her contacts. We will be using as a backend for the application [login to view URL], so you should have already worked with [login to view URL] The application should work fast and fluid with a very nice Design. I will send a prototype with more details to the right candidates We have only 20 days to finish this application, I need someone fast and smart, and who has a design experience to be able to make this application work perfectly. This is a long term project, so you will have to maintain the code, and update the application. the application should work on All android devices including Tablets.
