JUST Android Manager's POV: 1)Should get message if custiomers complain 2) should be able to see how many rooms vacant 3)get SOS calls Customers: 1) should be able to report complaints 2)should get payment reminders 3)make SOS Calls 4) app should include pictures, rules and regulations, and amenities provided 5) Must be able to register there details include photos(Govt. id)
