Needed an expert who can Family Task and Routing App

I need an app developed for Android and iOS phones and watch to the current app requirements. Development requires an NDA as well as the developer agreeing all rights of the app and its content are assigned to me. I want to keep this process easy and fair for both parties so please read the below carefully in order to avoid time waist on either side. I’ve unfortunately have had developers here burn me, so I’m really trying to find somebody who can complete this and is looking for a long-term relationship with higher paying updates and maintenance. Concept The app combines GPS routing, Calendar, Task Completion and GroupChat for family activities. It takes a family’s task lists and uses map functions to organize them in the most efficient way order. Absolutely needed items - Daily route tasks list must be organized and displayed on a map - The map must include a 1-click link to Google Maps/Waze/Apple Maps so the user can actually get to GPS through the app, and without re-entering the destination (API is fine for this) - Daily route tasks list should update at the time of viewing, in case traffic would effect route - Family members must be able to share on the same account - Family admin must be able to send branded text invites for people to join - Account must be unique so unrelated families with the same surname don’t end up in the wrong account - Should have 3 user permission levels, admin should be able to approve/deny permission levels - Calendar syncing into the app must be automated - Must be able to create multiple tiers - Must build a backend database on my current servers that collect user data and allows control of users I would like the GPS routing module built first, that has been the area of difficulty, so I’d like to be sure that is functioning properly from the start. I have a semi-working app in google play and iTunes. That design can be replicated, but I don’t have quality code for you to use. I’ll be happy to send you links if interested. Unfortunately, my budget is $500. I don’t have the ability to expand that number. And I'm readily available in order to complete as quickly as possible.
