Skype Like Webrtc solution ( Web, Android, IOs )

This is a repost, as we were unable to get a clear confirmation of a team able to deliver. We are looking for an integration/packing of a solution, tested and working to provide a skype like service using webrtc. i) Server side code and build instructions/packages to enable full deployment to Ubuntu 14.04 ii) Website / Simple User interface to allow users to a) have calls/chat to other users ( over supported browsers ), b) manage contacts lists, c) manage simple account details d) register. iii) Simple Web Admin Interface to manage users, manage calls, record and store content, Contact users, reset passwords iv) Android and IOS packages to support Smartphone and Tablets, to enable easy running of the above. User registration through the phone, and end site/server selection. Simple branding. v) Security wrap to ensure client to client comms is only for destination, client based certificates to ensure authenticity of clients. vi) Support for TUN/STUN servers. Solution will need to work / demonstrate on both AWS and a private cloud. Use of one of the open-webrtc solutions preferred. Please identify any previous experience you may have. In your initial response, please confirm - Which Webrtc package/solution/framework you are using - Any experience . examples - Ability to start. - Confirmation that the attached design you understand and agree. - Confirmation that all code provided would come with either an open source license, or owned by ourselves at the end of the project.
