Survey app with Flutter and Firebase

I want help building a survey app, where anyone can create a survey, and anyone can answer them. The app must be built with Flutter and Firebase and be capable of being used on all mobiles and tablets, both on Android and IOS. The app must also have the function to pay via Apple and Google pay, depending on the device. Design and prototype is built via Adobe XD Buttons and functions are described in the prototype
