one pager banner angular 8 -- laravel

hi i am looking for one pager with 4 sections with one banner fully dynamic in angular 8 or vue js frontend and api in laravel and mongo db on ( ibm cloud database )can be hosted in ibm cloud with admin panel with reposition section , drag and drop , crop , transform , resize for images with size checkerss mandatory . timeline 5-7 day . pre-build work is NOT accepted but each and every pixel every inches of the page should be dynamic including background effects . no indian sellers please. no new sellers thx sayantan
