Development of an AI voice assistant that understands and fulfills voice commands in Logic Pro X.

I want an AI voice assistant that can quickly do anything I ask it to do within Logic Pro X (Apple's music production DAW). Basically, I want a Jarvis that can immediately do what I tell it to do--having to do with music production within my DAW. If I say, "Jarvis, open the EQ on track 4 and shelf the high's at 700Hz by 8dB," I want it to open the EQ on track 4 and lower my high shelf by 8dB starting at 700Hz. It also needs to be able to execute voice commands that involve the parameters of 3rd party VSTs, so it needs to be able to recognize parameters in general, not just parameters native to Logic. Deliverables - AI voice (command) recognition - Custom-tailored for workflow in Logic Pro X - Ability to discern when I'm giving it a command or just talking to someone else or recording - Ability to quickly execute any and all voice commands I give it within the bounds of the DAW when I ask it to do so (like opening and closing my DAW, navigating folders on my device when prompted within Logic, creating and deleting track(s), region(s), plugin(s), MIDI note(s), and automation node(s), bouncing / consolidating a region, or regions, "in place", bouncing, naming, and saving entire projects into a specific folder or location, undoing and redoing actions, cutting, copying, and / or pasting a desired selection of audio files, automation nodes and curves, or MIDI, changing the tempo of a project, adding tempo changes to a project, adjusting the gain or pan settings of a track, including the master channel, creating a bus and routing it to the desired track(s) at specified percentages, routing sidechain FX within a compressor to a specific track or track stack, operating the side panel to search for samples or to add notes to a project, adding and removing instruments, adding and removing one or more plugins to an instrument, making precise adjustments to any parameter of any VST or FX plugin--like a synth, sampler, EQ, compressor, etc., whether it's native to Logic or not, importing pre-existing audio files from any folder on my CPU into a new or existing track, or into a sampler instrument, saving presets within any VST or FX plugin, saving and naming channel strip settings or FX chains for a specific track, saving and naming unique track stack settings, swapping instruments and FX plugins out for others, navigating presets within a VST or FX plugin, creating MIDI notes and chords, editing the location or duration of MIDI notes, changing the velocities of a MIDI note(s) to the desired level, effectively operating the MIDI FX setting, opening the MIDI editor or any other window or panel, executing any command given having to do with a specific window or panel, notifying me of pop-up menus, error notifications, or if my project crashes, reading back to me the text within a pop-up or settings menu if asked, resizing a track(s), adjusting the view or zoom of a project, assigning a specific color to the desired track(s) or region(s), selecting and / or applying adjustments to multiple regions, tracks, plugins, or MIDI notes at once, editing any project setting accurately and efficiently, navigating any type of menu, changing any setting within any menu or type of menu to the specified outcome, initiating and stopping a recording, initiating and pausing playback of a project, adjusting the cycle range, muting, unmuting, and soloing a track(s), activating and de-activating any special feature in Logic that I want--like Flex Audio and others, opening and closing the automation feature, selecting what exactly to automate, activating and de-activating the automation for a given parameter on the desired track, creating automation nodes at specific locations, deleting single automation nodes or a selection of automation data, making precise edits in automation curves, adding, removing, or adjusting fade-ins on audio clips, selecting a different tools--like scissors, marquee, or fade-in tools, opening any panel or menu in Logic, completing any action within any panel or menu accurately, and so on) - Ability to execute all tasks quickly - Ability to efficiently and sustainably assist me in executing various commands given at a relatively rapid rate for extended periods of time without slowing down my CPU, making my project bug out or crash, or taking up too much GPU - Ability to respond to me via voice before, during, or immediately after executing a command so that I know that the task I give it is being done properly when I ask it to - Ability to tell me when it can't do something I ask it to - Ability to modify the assistant, change certain settings, add or remove voice commands, etc. (I want to be able to fine-tune it; either that or I need your contact information--to ensure that the assistant remains fully optimized over time despite updates to Logic or whatever the case may be)
