Write function code for Arduino OLED using u8g2 Library

I am looking for somebody to write an Arduino function to display 2 sliding indicators on an OLED using u8G2 Library
The LED is this one [login to view URL]
It is a 1.3 Inch White OLED driven by the SSD1306 chipset over I2C
Picture of display needed to be replicated attached [login to view URL]
Video of what the indicator looks like when moving is here

The middle “row” icons are static and don’t move, the top rectangle is called “turn” and the bottom oval is called “Slip”
I want a function to be able to feed in 2 values for these . Both values range between 0 and 65535. 0 is all the way left, 65535 is all the way right. Centre is 32767.
I have verified the LCD works with the U8G2([login to view URL]) Library, preferable if you can provide code to use this library.
I have it workign with below intialiser
U8G2_SH1106_128X64_NONAME_1_HW_I2C u8g2(U8G2_R0, /* reset=*/U8X8_PIN_NONE);
In a function Loop I would call , display as per above would be u8G2, then 32767 and 32767 for centres.
turnSlipDraw(display,turn,slip,);
and then the screen will be refreshed with
[login to view URL]();
This is running on a Pro Micro so optimisation is important, so only the top 2 indicators should be redrawn as the middle does not ever change.
Obviously better code then above accepted but just as an example.
