I am looking to create an augmented reality app where you can change the facade of any house. The app needs to be able to detect the facade surfaces, windows/doors and such, and place the alternative facade provided by me (as a 3d model) on the house. I will give you a sample (around 1 m2) and this sample needs to be applied on the walls of the house. The goal of this is to better visualize how a house would look like with a new facade. For instance, if the house has a wooden facade, change it to a metal facade. Or even change the color/texture. Plainly speaking: Detect the walls of a house, and place the "new" facade on top of it. Goal of the app: Help the customer visualize the results, and help in their decision to make a purchase of the new facade for their house.
