I'm having trouble formatting my book to fit properly as a Kindle paperback (the eBook fits fine). The size I chose was 6" x 9" (15.24cm x 22.86cm). But i simply cannot format my book's doc to fit. The Kindle attempt to re-size for me doesn't quite work. I find the text is still too close to the top of the page. I have tried re-sizing (didn't work), dropping the header of the doc (didn't work), making sure the layout is correct in the doc (didn't work). Can anyone help me? This will be a simple job, probably, for someone who's very experienced.
