My name is Ashley and I am currently a fulltime Administrative Secretary in a Human Resources department for a non-profit organization. Some of my skills are as follows;
1. Prepares and edits letters, memos, reports and other routine correspondence.
2. Receives and routes in-coming telephone calls and mail, replying as necessary and making appropriate referrals.
3. Locates and forwards appropriate information to Human Resources Management for handling.
4. Composes, edits, and checks for accuracy and completeness of correspondence for distribution or publication.
5. Serves as an information resource, providing instructions to walk-ins pertaining to the Woods Services employment process and position availability.
6. Provides necessary Employee Health paperwork to employees scheduled for routine visits.
7. Directs daily clerical operation, establishing and maintaining workflow. Sets priorities, develops and maintains office procedures.
8. Any other duties as assigned.
