google maps icon design (2009-03-07)

i need to have a nice little google maps marker icon designed from a logo that already exists. the logo is pretty detailed unfortunately, so it won't be too easy to scale it down so that it still looks nice at about 75x75 px. what i need is to have some cool white background shape for that icon with partial transparency (alpha) in png and psd? format so that i can place that icon on a google maps map. shadow is not required. please see attached logo (vector version with transparent background is also available) and demo icon (this is the style i'd like to get). there's no real size limit for the icon i need - i'd say anything around 75px? would be ok. it's just important that the logo looks as good and clean as possible while not making it too big ... please let me know if you need any further information. thanks a lot. martin.
