ASP Developer Required Urgently

Here's what we need to do: We have a payment gateway. When someone processes a payment, there should be two emails that get sent. Only one is being sent. We want to get the other one sending too. In the orders section in the CMS, there are more than one orders showing - it is writing blank orders into the db and we want to know why and stop it doing this. We have the system on live, you will have to set up a new system on the same server so we can use this as a test site to approve things before we move live. We have a section of the site which we need to add to the shopping cart - currently these products are not added to shopping cart. There are some design changes which we need to make to the homepage.
