Web Development work for existing website required

Hello, We are looking for experienced Web Designer or Web Design Company to work on existing website. Here is what we need: • Transfer existing site and SQL database (with data) to new servers • Make the entire site .asp and keep things like headers and footers modular, so we can easily make global updates • Keep the existing look and feel, but make the site more dynamic • We need templates more than anything • Optimize for Search Engines • There are backend tools that need to be created • Flash and other types of modules Please provide samples of your previous work and CV/Portfolio.
