Hey There! I notice you are only looking for a Umbraco expert in Canada or USA, unfortunately I am based in New Zealand so I might not meet your criteria. Depending where you are based in the US it might not be an issue. Potentially only a few hours different. About ME: I AM a Umbraco Expert. I have been building and developing Umbraco for over 7 years, this is not just a periodic thing, I have literally been working on Umbraco sites for this whole time. I've only been on Freelancer for a couple of weeks but have completed 2 Umbraco jobs at an expert level. I'd love to know a bit more about what you are looking for and would be happy to demonstrate my ability to you.
