Project Title: COMPLETE BUILDING PLAN Project Overview: - I am looking for a skilled architect to help me design and create a complete building plan for a commercial cum residential project. - The building will be constructed in a modern architectural style, with a focus on sleek and contemporary design elements. - The preferred layout for the building is traditional separate rooms, providing a sense of privacy and functionality. -We will provide you with the Buiding Code and you will have to adhere to the code with respect to the Provisions therein. (Setbacks/Ventilation/Fire Line/ Lifts/ Staircase/Room size/ parking etc.). -The plot is 443 Sqm and the FSI/FAR is 200% of the plot size. - We would like to have 4-5 Shops on the Ground Floor with basement parking - 8-10 Flats of 2BHK. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in architectural design and drafting software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp. - Strong understanding of modern architectural principles and ability to incorporate them into the design. - Experience in creating residential building plans with traditional separate room layouts. - Attention to detail and ability to create accurate and precise drawings. - Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with the client and understand their specific requirements. - Creativity and ability to think outside the box to come up with innovative design solutions. - Knowledge of building codes and regulations to ensure compliance and safety in the design.
