Car Parking area requirements Customer parking, manoeurvring areas, and loading and unloading areas created by proposed development and in accordance with Councils Infrastructure Design Manual, and specification approved by Responsible Authority, and be a. Demonstrate that any disabled car parking can comply with Aust Standard AS2890.6. b. An area within the curtilage of the property set aside to ensure safety and conv for loading and unloading c. Demonstrate car parking layout will funcion properly under all normal conditions without conflicts arising bewteen vehicles. The design vehicle shall be based on a min 5.2m Car with a max 6.3 turning radius and such vehicles must ensure that they can enter and exit in a forawrd direction at all times d. A car parking plan is to be prepared in accordance with CLasue 14 (Car Parking) of the Councils Infrastructure Design Manual Drainage Drainage Plan in accordance with Council Infras Design Manual in accordance with GV Water authority, must demonstate a. provision for suffiecnt on-site detention to limit the peak outflow from the site during 10% AEP rainfall event to the network capacity computed in accordance with the provisions of IDM Claude 19 (On-site Detention Systems, providing suffient storage, unless proven otherwise, and conveyed byunderground pipes to a legal point of discharge nominated by the GV Water. b. all storm water deposited upon, and transferred through, the developed site during a 10% AEP rainfall event mst be collected and conveyed by underground ppes and to a leghal point of discharge nominated by the GV Water c. All storm-water desposited upon, and transferred through, the developed site in a 1% AEP rainfall event must be collected and conveyed by secure everland and/or underground flood pathways to a legal point of discharge identidied by GV Water and d. stromwater drainage plans for the development must incorporate measures to enhance the quality of water discharged from the sdite and to protect downstream infrastrucure and waterways.
