2D Fabrication Drafting

I require a precise 2D mechanical drawing for fabrication and manufacturing purposes. My expectations are clearly stated below to enable potential freelancers to decide if they are well-suited for this task. **Essential Details:** - A 2D drawing that is accurate enough to be utilized in the manufacturing process. - This drawing should include basic dimensions, with a focus on clarity and usability in a production setting. **Seeking Expertise In:** - Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD/SolidWorks or similar). - Prior experience creating 2D drawings for manufacturing. - Understanding of production and fabrication processes. - Ability to work with minimal dimension details while maintaining accuracy. The ideal freelancer will discuss any relevant experience in their proposal, particularly related to fabrication. I value efficient communication and adherence to deadlines, so please include your estimated delivery time. I’ve included a picture below of what I think I need. It’s a diamond shape aluminum flange with mounting holes to match the stock valve and a center hole tapped at 3/8” NPT so as to accept a right angle threaded hose barb. Not sure what is the correct grade aluminum either but I suspect T6 because it will need to bolt to the engine block and it will be under pressure with hot water/coolant.
