Helo, we need a simple flash banner that should be created on: [login to view URL] who has a next: 1. first from the left will come image 2. then at top will come the title (image stay in the middle) 3. and the third will come at bottom the link with www 4. this all has some effects This is simple design and needs to be simple made but good looking.
