I’m looking for someone who can design outside house with 3D model,
1-I need to change outside house design from paint to white stone and paint.
2-the design shall include bill of materials and quantities.
3-the design shall include 3D model and 2D model.
4-the design shall be creative adding lights different type of stone to meet the final design objective.
5-the design shall include all gardens and fountains in the wall as applicable.
6- the design shall include two fountains at the front of the house.
7-the design shall include Installation manual for the stones and fountains.
8-the design can be repeated/changed until I agree with final look with no additional cost.
9-the dwg file is available.
10-the design shall include the outdoor seats.
11-the design shall include out door roof seating room, and to be creative.
12-the design is classic with minor new classic.
13-the design shall include the perimeter wall front and back side.
