PLEASE READ PROJECT DETAILS BIDDING. NEED IN 24 HOURS. I am working on a Business Plan for a Dog Camp and Daycare. I worked with a freelancer a month ago who created the plans needed. However, the planning and zoning commissioner rejected the plan and provided specific building requirements the facility must meet in regards to inside/outside sizing. The requirements are below: The building/leasable area footprint shall be limited to no more than four thousand( 4,000) square feet with no more than two establishments per lot. Accessory outside exercise areas shall not exceed 1500 square feet in area. No more than thirty percent of the gross floor area of the facility may be used as a boarding kennel. I will attached my armature drawing and I will attach the plans the former architect completed (who hasn't responded to me or I would ask him to update)
