Bulk Emailing - SMTP server needed

Hello, I am looking for someone who is knowledgeable in bulk emailing to provide a list of emails to market my product and to also handle the sending of the emails. My target audience is "SPORTS BETTORS" in Canada and the USA. If you are someone who knows about the technical side of emailing (e.g. can-spam regulations, how to make sure emails are delivered) and can help me promote my product through bulk emailing, please bid on this project.
