I need a professional with strong research skills and access to reliable sources to produce an initial business plan for a SaaS product in the field of cognitive research.
The business plan must contain: Industry & Outlook, key markets and global trends, key competitors/SWOT, target market, keys to success. A sales and marketing analysis with sections on: Pricing Strategy, Marketing Strategy, Positioning Statement, Sales Process, Strategic Alliances. There must be an Operations analysis with sections on: location, Legal Issues, Human Resources, and Risk Assessment. And there must also be a Financials portion with sections on: Start Up Costs, Break Even Analysis, Sales Forecast, Cash Flow, and Income Statement.
Directions will be given in regards to the competitors and a business canvas already drafted. Inputs and recommendations will be expected.
