Powerpoint to SWF

We need to have a software that convert powerpoint slides to swf's that is similar to articulate,macromedia breeze or pointecast. Here are some required specs for the application: 1.)Application must be available from the powerpoint menu 2.)The application needs to support PowerPoint versions from 98 - Current (Office 2003). 3.)The application need to have a sound recorder module that users can record sounds over the slides. Slides and the recorded audio should be syncronized while the swf is [login to view URL] users can be able to import a pre recorded sound file(mp3,wav) to the slides. The powerpoints native record and import sound features can be used to fullfill this requirement. 4.)The generated swf would contain the animations that is assigned to assets of the slides. Meaning the swf need to look like same as it previewed in powerpoint 5.)When the publish button is presses the application would create each slide as a swf with the sound embeded into [login to view URL] also it need to create a xml file that catalogs the generated swf's. 6.)When the publish button is pressed the generated xml file, swf files need to be uploaded to our server 7.) Project must include a setup file and the source codes for the application. Platform Windows XP,Windows 2000 with powerpoint versions from 98 - Current (Office 2003).
