Simple windows software need to clone for MAC

I have a windows application that need to be redone in mac, i will share that application with only individual or companies who will show their past experience with mac application building. Basically it has following - Drag drop of images - Video integration - a rich text editor having bold, italic, underline, link and bullet button - created text can be saved as xml format and also saved files can be open in editor with formatted text. - some report that need to create run time in pdf format. I have several mac application and also iphone projects so i am looking for a great partner having track record in apple technology.
