Hex View control in Visual C++

Looking for Visual 2008/2010 C++ developer expert that can develope Simple Hex Viewer. The application needs to be written in pure Win32 using Windows GDI/GDI+ libraries. The control which will be the Hex Viewer must easy to implement on any application. I'll give you some examples if needed. The application must work without any problems. Note: I want only hex viewer that will have hex and ascii characters on the right as any normal hex viewer. No hex editing is needed for this project. Requirements: - Visual C++ 2008/2010 - Programming C++ in pure Win32. You will need to create win32 project and use pure Win32. No MFC or other. - Windows GDI/GDI+ programming. You will be using GDI APIs to create the hex view control - Understanding of how hex view controls work - Must work on Windows XP/Win7/Win8/Win 2008 Server - Complete the project in 2-3 weeks.
