SIP Video Phone Windows C++

Requesting bids for developing a Windows based SIP Video phone. Must be well versed in C/C++, SIP, multimedia encoding, decoding. SIP/TCP/UDP/RTP H.264/G.711/AAC/MPEG4 Must have experience with these libraries: Resiprocate Live555 Streaming Media x264 FFMPEG If you cannot compile Resiprocate and the sample project Recon in VS 2010 please do not reply. This is no easy task. You must be a senior level developer with a lot of experience with SIP and video. Requirements for application - The application is a prototype no GUI needed. A console app will work just fine with user input - user inputs -sipuri,-audio,-video,-output - read data from web cam, read data from mic - generate DTMF sip signals, and tones - must be able to dial out, receive audio and video calls in h.264, G.711 - application must record audio and video to MP4 file - application must work with other SIP applications such as linphone, asterisk, x-lite - heavy documentation is required This could be an ongoing project after the prototype phase.
