Twitter Scraper Application

I'd like to create a list of my Twitter followers. Tweet Attacks is a company being sued for abusing Twitter. We are legitimately allowed to message up to 250 followers per hour however, extracting my users into a contact list is tough. I'd like a tool to do this, and of course remove duplicates. If possible I'd like it to: Add username > scan twitter users > export into a comma separated list.
