Mass Message Bot targets mobile apps.

I am a mass-marketer and I am looking for dedicated programmers to bring to the team. I have found the best tools I have are all made in Visual Studios at a packet level to control accounts for mobile apps. This will not involve android emulator. It must be standalone. Not a point and click macro. programmer may have to know: web scrawler using xpath , regex, htmlabilitypack library, sqlite database, thread in c# if programmer does not want to work on updates very frequently I will want to buy source so my other team members can update where neccessary. a standard program should: login to multiple accounts allow variable delays allow {spin|spun|spinned} messages. messages will be sent conversationally. what i mean is, they will not send message #2 until user has replied to message #1. have a db of users we have contacted so we do not have message them repeatedly. I prefer american programmers, specifically if we can meet and talk in person. I am open to offers from any one. Base pay is negotiable. If we hit on something big there will be profit sharing.
