Help on installing dotnet-ef tool

I am getting the following error when I run the following command C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\2022\Enterprise>dotnet tool install --global dotnet-ef --version 6.0.3 C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp\[login to view URL]\[login to view URL](5,31): error MSB4236: The SDK '[login to view URL]' specified could not be found.
