If the Windows form is in foreground then you can send keys to it but if the window form is in background then you cannot send keys to it. Windows OS is designed to send keys using APIs or through keyboard only to foreground window. In our last project we had done lot of R&D on it and we learnt that its not possible. So we provided a alternative solution to our client. We can discuss if we can come up with alternative solution for you. Message me so that we can discuss in detail.
