Hi I’m João Oliveira I’m used to sheet metal design for laser cutting and have designed a number of parts for motorsport applications. In particular prototype race cars. From what I could gasp from your description, creating the DXF file for cutting is relatively straightforward once you have the exhaust modelled in CAD. Modelling the exhaust however is much trickier as it’s shape directly affects performance and the scavenging effect it produces. Let alone interference issues. So if you provide me with the exhaust 3D model i can easily create the DXF file quickly for you. However if you intend me to also model your exhaust correctly or even add some performance over stock than you’ll have to perhaps scan the bike and exhaust for me at least. Regards João Oliveira
