Create a Telemarketing Script and Process -- 2

I am starting a new inside sales department for my direct sales solar company. I am looking for the right consultant how can help me create the right process for following up on referrals and leads we've made at least 1 contact with in person. We are a direct sales company in the solar industry. This job entails creating a simple telemarketing process to get a warm referral list into setting up consultation appointments. The leads come to us after an in home sales consultant closes the deal.
