Website for information aggregation

Hello Freelancers, I have an idea in mind and it could be one of the future projects, I could go for in the months to come (depending upon what it will cost me). Background: I have several Domain Names reserved for a particular topic/ areas of interest. Instead of just keeping them idle/without use just like that for the next few years, I would rather like to use them, if this project does not cost me that much. My website topic is futuristic and there are basic information available on the internet in several languages in Text, Images and video forms about the topics I wish to cover. My idea is to have an Aggregation Website for all the information available in the internet. Thus, there will be less content produced on my own. I will just be commenting on the contents or writing summaries for them. References and my inspirations/ examples I see on the market: Firstly, take a look at these sites: [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] 1) The bimmer today site is aggregating youtube content and writing about the topic BMW cars. Majority of the stuff is collected from the internet and put it on the site. 2) The Techmeme site is optically not at all great but they aggregating the contents in the internet and attributing them in the right manner (sections) and placing them. 3) eScience News is optically better than Techmeme and aggregating the news in their field. Tasks/ Where do I need your quotes/ help: For the kind of site I need, I have noted down what I want with "Priority". I would decide based on the quotes/prices, whether to get only Priority 1 stuff done or priority 1 & 2 or all the priorities could be catered. Priority 1] All of the content will be collected from other websites via users, webmasters, or RSS feeds. The sole purpose is to ensure that the interested persons/ Users have access to the very latest and popular information/ news/ contents. The Aggregation site (my website) will display content with complete attribution and a link back to the original creator. (more like Techmeme site). Priority 2] The gathered information should be processed to regroup, categorize, tag and rank information from all major sources. Thus, this is not just randomly placing the collected information (Priority 1) but also putting it in a bit sophisticated way . If the script could automatically determine in which category each news item belongs using a some kind of classifier then several Menu Structures could be filled in automatically instead of allocating the news manually. (more like eScience news) Priority 3] Finally, it examines multiple parameters (such as timeliness, rate of appearance on the web, number of sources reporting the news, etc) for each news group. The result is some kind of score which represents the relative importance of a news item. Thus the information could be automatically sorted and placed prominently. I will require your quotes (budget range) for 1) developing a completely new site (except for Domain name reservation, I have not done anything), preferably a wordpress site. 2) integrating The priority/ priorities from above in that site, whatever is possible. 3) Design preferences: The design should ideally be with grafik and colours etc. (like bimmertoday). Second priority will be like eScience News (which is more like sorted text) and third priority is techmeme (which is optically not at all could but functionally perfect). At present there are a lot of videos available on the topic I want to cover (mainly on youtube). I am not in a hurry to launch this site but want to use the registered domains and make them relevant instead of using them after a couple of years.
