Contract was entered into for 100 mining machines when it was discovered that the purchaser has a criminal RICO case against them and the shipping address for the contract was involved in a federal raid for over 3000 stolen mining machines. Proceeded to transmit funds to a personal trusted friend who verbally promised to lawyer up and provide those funds to the courts, the funds in bitcoin where never transmitted to the proper authorities and the person has now decided to not respond to communication. I am a very small company and I cannot afford the legal fees, I would need an installment plan. I responded to the summons and was planning on representing myself in court, but I recieved an order to show cause that indicates I legally am required cousel to represent my company. I have until the 28th of January for my counsel to respond or answer will be striken without further notice. The case is in middle district Florida and the case number is: 5:19-cv-528-Oc-30PRL
