Conversion Rate Optimizer (CRO) for award-winning agency

BloomCU helps credit unions design websites that generate millions of dollars. For example, we designed a website with Magnolia FCU that’s helping them make about $2,000,000 per year. And, as a fun side note, seven of our clients have won Diamond Awards from the Credit Union National Association. We have several clients on retainer and we're looking for a long-term contractor who can help us do CRO for 10-20 hours per week to optimize their websites' revenues. Google Analytics and Tag Manager (with click and form tracking) are already running on our clients' websites and we've set up several conversion funnels with Databox. Also, we have accounts with Hotjar and Nelio A/B Testing that can be used for optimization research (we're open to using other tools, too). Furthermore, we have designers and developers that can help you create new variations and features for experiments. We need you to set up conversion funnels, investigate bottlenecks, design experiments to test your hypotheses, and work well with designers and developers to implement your ideas. Above all, we need you to help our clients generate more revenue. Given that we we're looking for a long-term relationship for 10-30 hours per week, we believe $40/hr or less is a good rate for this job. Therefore, the maximum hourly rate we will entertain is $40/hr; higher proposals will not be considered.
