VERY specific SEO / LINK BUILDING project- ONE TIME FEE! Only SEO specialists please!

Hi! My name is Mike. I own an exterminating company. I have my own employees that build our websites and push them as far as we can, SEO-wise. I am not a newbie. I am not someone who has no clue about SEO. My tactic is pretty simple. I buy exact-match domains in low-medium competition keywords that have to do with pest control. I have had a lot of success up until now without using ANY links and without any directory submissions. I get all of my sites to the first page of my keyword but never to spot 1 or 2. Usually spot 4-7. I know that if I have a few links I will surely succeed to be first and second. THIS IS WHAT I NEED: I need someone who is a REAL specialist in SEO and LINK BUILDING. I want you to build a link-specific plan for my employees to use every time we build a site. We are in low-competition markets so this should be very easy for a real seo specialist. I want my employees to use these links to push our sites every time they build a new one.
