100 pr4+ Permanent backlinks

Description We want to get 100 PR4+ PERMANENT back links. ALL of these 100 PERMANENT links have to be placed in a PAGE with PR4 (not PR domain, the PR page) !! All links must be PERMANENT AND INDEXED guaranteed !! GUIDELINES: - Must not be on blocked robot, no index/no follow, rel=no follow, redirected/cloaked, pages. - Links must be permanent and static. Including the target keywords I provide in anchor text. - Individual class C IPs and no network, scrapper sites, or sites with duplicate content. - No spam links. - If a link will be placed on an inner page, which INNER PR is lower than PR4, a link like this will NOT be accepted. - No link farms backlinks. - Link must be purely WHITE HAT. - Backlinks must be search engine friendly, that is no redirects, cloaking and other practices. - No orphanage page link and link page needs to be connected with other pages of the site. - No contextual ads sites, popups, intrusive advertising, etc. NO SPAMMING - No blog comment spamming, No ping sites, No links within newsgroups - Pages should have been cached by Google within the last 30 days so no dead sites. - Maximum 20 external links on a page - One link per domain and they must be relevant to the website. - max 30 links per week We will supply 10 different anchor text to you, and use the same one per 10 links.
