I maintain a Web site called [url removed, login to view] that provides a simple color based personality test. ? The site has been operational for years and based on research from psychological testing.
The Web site originally took research material as a source and as a result is very clinical sounding. ? I would like someone to take the original text results and make them easier to read and understand.
An example: ? "Non-realization of hopes and the inability to decide on necessary remedial action has resulted in considerable stress." ?
This might be converted to something like, "Has been unable to achieve his hopes and has considerable stress because he is unable to decide how to fix the situation."
There are approximately 720 such sentences. ? I am looking for someone intelligent who can cleverly preserve the important aspects of the original phrase but in an easier to read more broad based format.
## Deliverables
I will provide an Excel file with the original results and some associated codes for each line. ? I will expect to receive back the Excel spreadsheet back with the original values and new values. ? I will provide the file and format for this.
If you would like to work with something other than Excel I am open to suggestions, it is just very important that the result codes remain the same.
