This is a unique opportunity for the person who is already in front of the computer all day but needs additional income or work. My client is [login to view URL] and needs a new live chat representative to help staff the live chat department for the website. This person should be generally available from 9am to 5pm (0900 to 1700) CST USA.
The job is to run the live chat on your desktop and be prepared to answer questions from website visitors and clients who have questions. At present there are only 2 to 3 inquiries per day. As you can see there is only about 15 minutes of work per day, but the live chat must be running in the background, as you do other projects or work. (Please bid appropriately.)
However, the client is growing the web traffic so this will increase.
The client would like to have the live chat staffed as much as possible, but it is not a requirement that you be available for all hours. Partial coverage will be considered. However, it is absolutely important that English language be proficient. The consumers will expect an English language native, so spelling, grammar and an understanding of casual or slang American language will be necessary. You should be friendly, patient and helpful.
Previous chat transcripts will be available during your training, as well as testing and training with the owner. The client will pay by paypal or gaf twice a month. Please bid either for a monthly or bi-monthly amount.

available as volume demands.
Our normal rate for online support is $ 1.00 / min, so if one day we provide 10 minutes support, you pay $ 10 for that day.. if one day there is 45 minutes of support, you pay $ 45 for that day.. if one day there is no support.. well you get the picture.. :)
