We are looking for a Windows based application to be written to send live audio from a sound card to a wowza server Audio Format will be HE-AAC audio delay will need to be as close to realtime as possible. This will then be pulled from the Wowza server using VLC and equivalent clients. We are happy for the software to be based on ffmpeg or live555 or any open source base
