We require an application to be written to download digital voice files from the range of Philips Digital Pocket Memo range of recorders. We will provide the Philips SDK that is required to achieve this. The application will detect the USB connection of the pocket memo device, will download the files marked "End of Letter" status or "All Dictations" from the device to a programmable location on the hard drive and then open a programmable website.
