I am actually working on similar vision projects in my Doctorate. I am a specialized engineer in embedded electronic systems and artificial intelligence such as digital image-video processing. I have worked on many similar projects during my researchers such as face detection, emotion recognition, vehicle tracking and counting... with the use of OPENCV, C++, Python , Matlab or VHDL and implemented the optimised solutions on several embedded boards such as DSP, Raspberry, FPGA..
