A professional PSD to joomla/wordpress person is needed. You should be familiar with html/html5/css3. Have a clear communication and be able to keep agreed deadlines and most of all: have a clear communication and availability schedule. For interested providers a list of requirements will be sendt out, this is genreal work guidelines and project guidelines. At the moment we have 15+ PSD's to convert. An estimate time pr PSD would be 12 hours at max, since you will be provided with the template ready to tweak and the joomla installation ready to move and modify html overrides on. This project fits a person who is interested in a long term solution with easy and straight forward projects in mind, when the 15 + psd are ready there will be new ones on the table. If you have a busy schedule to answer simple questions then don't bother to bid, same if you are a project manager then stay away.
