Need a WordPress theme/site built from scratch. We will provide a jpg image showing what we want for the main page and the overall style of the site, including colors, then you can design the other pages to fit in with the [login to view URL] WordPress site must be responsive in design so that it displays perfectly on any device. It MUST include WPBakery editor for easy changes! Once completed, you don't need to put our content into the website, we will do that. The website will consist of 8 pages in English, then there will need to be a button in the top right corner which when clicked will take visitors to a duplicate website that will have the text in French. Again, we will put the content in, all we need for you to do is build the links and pages. PLEASE NOTE: It is essential that you do a brand new design for us, not use an existing WordPress template. Only designers who can build this for us from scratch will be considered. Please provide URL samples of your work or your bid will not be considered. Also this is a busy season for us and thus, this project is not for a freelancer who will be in a hurry to wrap it up. We likely will need time to go over changes and get back to you, expect delays.
