Cubecart SMS Integration

I want to integrate indian SMS gateway to our my cubecart site Attached is the API file for more information. I want to send sms notifications to customer for : - on registration on site - on new order placed - on order status changed cubecart admin will have access to enable/disable these there functionality at store level. Also Admin should be able set the message templates for each of the three types. SMS can have variables like customer name , order ID, order total ,order date,order status and some static text. Exception handling should be done so that there will be no error at store front if message send fails.
