We are looking for an Ideal Team Player; a person who is humble, hungry, and people smart. Someone who has attention to detail, the willingness to learn, and the motivation to grow within a company will be the perfect fit. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Providing support directly to the Supervising Manager. Communicate with multiple departments internally. Provide support to new employees with on-boarding. Stay up-to-date with new products. A desire to work at your desk, focused, head down crunching numbers, and fulfilling the daily tasks in a timely manner. Extensive calendar management including scheduling, adding and updating information for work, family, social events, clients, and other attorneys Logistical preparation for meetings, including conference rooms, meals, coordinating with IT, providing reminders, preparing documents, etc. IDEAL TEAM PLAYERS WILL HAVE Passion to do work that matters and not just looking for a J-O-B. Motivation to learn new things, develop their career, and grow into new roles within the company. Desire to see their work impact future generations and a willingness to mentor others. Strong communication and technical skills in order to translate business needs into results. SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: Have a background in office support within in the Building Supply/Manufacturing industry. Customer service skills Ability to prioritize and multitask. Desire to take initiative and ask questions. Excellent organizational skills. Deadline and detail-oriented. High level of Excel spreadsheet experience. Fast and accurate with a 10-key calculator. Experience with ERP systems managing inventories, order entry, and accounts receivable. Ability to protect organization's value by keeping information confidential. Handle petty cash as needed.
